Great service. Did not take more than 30 minutes to rent a unit.

I reserved online, and paid online the day prior to move-in. When I arrived the attendant was prompt, explained everything, walked me through the facility including which elevator was closest to my unit. Very good experience.

Property manager was able to show me the available units and I came back to lease the following day. Quick and easy transaction.

Don is amazing! He promptly attended to me, was kind, was very clear and thorough in making sure I understood how to access and utilize my unit, and readily responded to all of my questions and concerns, including changing to a larger unit that I had initiated just in case my belongings didn't fit into a smaller one. The space was clean and feels secure, with a code required to enter, use the elevator, and exit.
